This NBA brand campaign was developed to define how the league authentically shows up in the Middle East, with a particular focus on the UAE. Rather than skimming the surface, the approach centers on building a visual identity that genuinely reflects the region’s deep and evolving basketball culture. The design blends modern and traditional influences, drawing on pattern-based elements inspired by Arabic calligraphy found in local architecture. These are paired with dynamic graphic assets that echo the energy of urban basketball courts across Abu Dhabi and Dubai. The result is a cohesive brand language that connects with local audiences while elevating the NBA’s presence—making it feel rooted, relevant, and truly at home in the Middle East.
